Très beau plan, j'approuve l'idée d'un éco-quartier sur les plages, je suis même curieux de voir comment tu vas t'y prendre. J'avais jamais remarqué mais le centre de Pandora se base t-il sur Atlantis? ça serait pas ton inspiration de départ d'ailleurs? Je dis ça car j'ai recherché des trucs il n'y a pas très longtemps sur l'Altlantide.

I removed the canal to install an highway. With the extension of the city, the small road was just not enough.


The city has numerous little parks and rely heavily on boat transportation.


The heart of the city and its few high rise buildings.


The Tortuga neighborhood expansion claimed over the water.


PandoraLand park claimed over the water just at a few meters from downtown.


The sewage have been hidden and integrated in the city.


This is one of the biggest residential area of Pandora. It is very green with lots of pedestrian and bike roads,
It is also connected to Bus, trains, trams and boats.

Over the time, due to the lack of space, we had to go high rise to increase population.


An other extension created on the city model hexagonal with boat and tram connection.


We created many artificial islands, they are very nice to live on.


Some area views of the whole island. The airport still a WIP.


The new reclaimed areas over the sea.


This bay host one of the biggest stadium of the city. You can also see the old dam that is not used anymore.


And the most unfinished part of the city... We still have a lot of work here.

tu devrais absolement contacter Astarys pour mettre ta ville dans son pays (le Kahan) ça correspondrait juste parfaitement, en plus pour toi un compte de maire serait idéal, tu pourrais etre dans le monde GC mais ca te demanderais 20 fois moins de temps que si tu avait a gerer un pays !

I would have expected you to use the Green Cities highrises considering the setting but that is small stuff.

Oui, oui ou mon pays aussi je souhaiterais accroitre mon insupportable position hegemonique dans GC afin d'enerver encore plus de gens...car il n'y a que ca qui me rend vraiment heureux

Non je n ai jamais eu comme reference l atlantis.
